As experienced coding educators and advisors, we specialise in clinical coding and documentation audits — from data selection to tailored education delivery. Both Juliette and Elise hold a Certificate in External and Internal Clinical Coding Auditing from La Trobe University, underscoring their commitment to best-practice standards and ongoing professional excellence.

Our work spans public and private health services of all sizes across every Australian state and territory. This broad exposure ensures deep familiarity with a wide range of Patient Administration Systems (PAS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and scanned medical records (SMR). Juliette’s experience includes contributing to the Victorian Department of Health & Human Services’ statewide clinical coding audit team (VAED), further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in data integrity and healthcare performance.

Elise is a highly skilled Health Information Manager with over 15 years of experience across public and private healthcare sectors. She brings extensive expertise in clinical coding, casemix, auditing, and data management, underpinned by a strong commitment to accuracy, education, and system improvement.

A Certified Health Information Manager (CHIM) through HIMAA, Elise also contributes her expertise as a current member of the Victorian ICD Coding Committee, reflecting her leadership in shaping coding standards and practice.

Elise is deeply passionate about clinical coding education and auditing, and is known for her adaptable and professional approach.
